Ralph Kingstone

Born on the Island of Puerto Rico, grew up in the town of San Lorenzo. I came to live in Florida permanently on November 04, 2005, now, residing in York, Nebraska.
I started writing stories in Spanish in 2009, most were in notebooks I don't have anymore, they have been translated and organized in Word format. Started writing stories in English back in 2014, and joined Wattpad in 2015, but I never published any of the stories. To this date, I have not published anything outside of my stories on Wattpad, mostly due to a great fear of rejection and of course my basic knowledge of English grammar.
I am the proud father of a daughter with Autism who drives my determination, to give her a better life. In the last two years, I've decided to explore outside of my comfort zone and publish one of my short stories on Wattpad.

I began to listen to authors like Jerry Jenkins, taking some of his courses and applying everything I learned to my stories. I have seen every video Jerry has posted on YouTube at least 17 times. I started waking up to motivational videos from Les Brown, Eric Thomas, TD Jakes, Tony Robbins, etc. I left behind TV shows, news channels, and streaming platforms to dedicate my free time to learning the craft. Writing might be a hobby I am passionate about, and the only vehicle I know, to transport my imagination into a tale. I know that as I get older, I will never stop writing.

I love imagining those apocalyptic scenarios, the ones that are difficult to survive. I have stories of villains saving the city, but also a hero who becomes the villain everyone hates. Kids with vivid imaginations, old ladies fighting trolls in shiny armor. (The Godmother's Pen.) Post-apocalyptic scenarios (Big Brother, Residual, Silverface) Dystopian Societies (Silverface).
Everything I want, I do not want for myself, but for my daughters who are the why, of my determination.
I hope I can transport you into a world you have never seen before, through my stories and my imagination.
The words I live by: "Those who can see the invisible, can do the impossible."
